22.3.2011We took a day’s tour last week to Flanders Fields with Nathan. It was the best! Such an interesting day with so much information; to be shown all the most important places in this historic region was truly inspiring. A very sobering experience and it was so good to be able to pay our respects to all of the fallen.

A most enjoyable day tour under the guidance of Nathan. His knowledge of the major battles is second to none and the manner in which he delivers his talk makes very easy listening. In this tour you get to see loads of WWI sites of interest. Nathan is very knowledgeable, and will be able to answer any question you may have. Nathan is Belgian born, and he really makes you feel like you are in his back yard. He knows most of the locals, and can take you where the commercial tours don’t go. He is fully fluent in English, so no problems there.The number of sites you get to see, combined with the museum visits and lunch make this an excellent value.

A very informative, interesting and sobering days’ tour. Nathan was enthusiastic and well informed on the history of the area. A lovely lunch, nothing was too much trouble.
